STRYCHNO “s/t” LP

Strychno is a diy band from Patras, Greece. We met through discussions, chill sessions, self-organized events and live gigs, which all led to our first jams at the self-managed studio "Τέχνασμα" in the spring of 2019.
Our thoughts, lyrics and music are inspired from everything we live and feel. Along with many others, through our difficulties and contradictions, we choose to play music to share our logic and our emotion in the streets and throughout the speakers, not letting loneliness and fear take over. We find ways of expression against any kind of profit, commercialisation, sterile lifestyle and the opinions of the "experts", aiming ultimately to the disintegration of cultural industry as we know it.
Music is a language that lives and satisfies our need to express what we live and the things that are about to come.
Where injustice prevails, the dream of a peaceful and obedient life is our death.
Let us express ourselves anti-commercially, with riffs immersed in the fires of our times...
