The comp features Social Circkle, Witches With Dicks, and Conversions from Boston along with Out Cold, Violent Nuns, and Sgt. Slaughter from Lowell. The title is a piss take on the "Bands That Could Be God" Massachusetts compilation released in 1984 containing such bands as Deep Wound, Outpatients, Moving Targets, and others. 500 pressed.
